Turnips

We really liked our order. It was the perfect size for the two of us. Everything was so fresh. We definitely will be ordering again. The turnips were really good. I cut them in like shoestring slices, balsamic vinegar, garlic, onions, olive oil I let the marinated overnight spread them out on a baking pan Roasted them 425° oven for 30 to 35 minutes

Turnips were firm and ready to eat
