• 🍠 Sweet Onion – Mild and juicy; great for caramelizing or roasting.
• 🧅 Shallot – Delicate and slightly garlicky; ideal for dressings and sauces.
• 🧅 Vidalia Onion – Exceptionally sweet and mellow; perfect raw or grilled.
The onions are quite large and add lots of flavor to my recipes.
Scallions were big fresh and plentiful.
