Taste the fresh tender spheres

After washing, drying off and breaking off the ends of the tender asparagus spears, I laid them out on parchment lined baking sheet, drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled with lemon pepper and dotted with butter. I roasted them at 450F for about 10 mins, rolled them over and put back in oven for about 5 mins more. I could make a dinner out of just that!!
