Potatoes

Thank you so much for sharing the delicious soup recipe and the bonus free leek vegetables. I made the leek potato soup, and it is delicious. One thing that I appreciate about getting this farm box is that it encourages me to try new things. Our family is eating healthier.

Potatoes

I ordered the Yukon Golds and Sweet Potatoes, and was not disappointed. Used the Golds to make oven roasted potatoes to accompany some pulled chicken and slaw. Delicious!
Will roast the sweet potatoes whole to bring out their sweetness.
I use potatoes, white and sweet, to round out a meal. Beautiful, nutritious veggies for a good price, delivered to my door for FREE.
