We received 1 gorgeous tomato, but I thought I had ordered some heirloom tomatoes which I didn’t receive.

Great value, fresh and delivered to your door. Easy subs if there's something you dont want. Nice having fresh produce and fresh forces me to use it rather than put in the back of the fridge. Does take some planning and because the stuff comes in as locally sourced as possible it will go bad quickly.

I was under the impression that if you order before 11:00, your order would be delivered that day. In the past, that was the case. Not on May 4th and no notice regarding it not coming. Also, I ordered bananas that did not come, sent an email to that effect and no one responded. Customer service is not what it once was and I will more likely stop using this service since it is practically impossible to communicate with anyone on staff. It didn’t use to be this way. Sad
